• We accept designs in PDF, PSD, and AI formats. We do not accept JPG files, as they are not suitable for printing and may compromise the print quality.
• 5) What is your sample policy for custom printed private label packaging pouches?
• A. We offer free samples from our stock; you just pay for shipping.
• B. For samples made with your design, a cylinder charge and sample production fee will apply.
